Last week was another challenging week,however, I ended up positive overall. I ended the week up .7% while the S&P was up .6% for the week. This marks the fourth straight week that my strategy has outperformed the S&P albeit by a small margin.

Stock Market Tomorrow

I will be watching 11 potential short positions. The market is approaching 13,300 area on the DOW. This will become an inflection point where the market begins a down trend or breaks out into new highs. Since I am still overweight in long positions, I am looking to add a few of these shorts.

Stock Market Today

The market is still trying to determine if it wants to go up or down with no clear direction in sight. During periods of uncertainty such as this, I will continue to look at both long and short positions. However, since I am over weight in long positions, I will be watching the short signals extra close.

Since starting this blog, I am still down overall, but less so than the S&P 500. As I bring more techniques and strategies into play, I expect to pull further away from the S&P.
